Zone3-8. This is the slower growing clumping version of the European alpine Potentilla verna nana. It has smaller mini strawberry like leaves and tiny yellow blooms. It takes full sun to part shade and some drought when established. It needs good drainage and is semi evergreen in warmer winter areas. In spring the flowers literally cover the foliage.
